Dún Laoghaire, County Dublin, is based approximately 13k from Dublin City Centre. It can be easily reached by public transport either via the DART or the following buses serviced by Dublin Bus: 7, 7a, 8, 45A, 59, 75, 111 and the 46A bus (made famous by the song “Summer in Dublin” by bagatelle).
Dún Laoghaire is known for its harbour and sailing clubs, the Pavilion theatre, the National Maritime Museum, the James Joyce Tower and for promoting the arts! A new library and cultural centre, DLR Lexicon is set to open in Autumn 2014.
